Since 1896 American Appraisal have been providing valuation-related advisory services for business, financial, legal or tax purposes. Turn to us for accurate, reliable valuations for solvency or fairness opinions, financial or tax reporting and compliance. We provide these services for acquisition, sale, merger and joint ventures.

We are employee-owned. Valuation and valuation-related advisory services are our only business. Our consultants are located in major financial centers throughout Asia, Australia, North & South America and Europe. When you work with us, you receive local expertise and personal attention that is unmatched in the valuation profession.

Thought leadership
When American Appraisal began business it effectively created the valuation profession. Today, more than 110 years later we continue to lead our profession through chairmanship or significant participation in many of our profession’s European governing bodies and associations.

Our European team comprises a diverse educational and professional background, including CFA charterholders  from the 'Big 4', Certified Financial Analysts from Investment Banks and RICS qualified Surveyors.
