Joachim Schulz is Managing Director of American Appraisal in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg) and heads American Appraisal’s Restructuring Service Line in Central Europe.
Joachim has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, corporate banking and industry. In a managerial capacity and as an advisor he was responsible for complex financial restructuring and operational turnarounds, as well as the support of M&A transactions, divestitures and financial investor’s value enhancement programs.
Joachim has profound work experience and knowledge in M&A, transaction consulting and financing.
Before he joined American Appraisal Joachim worked in Germany and the Netherlands for KPMG, Ernst & Young and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
