Prof. Dr. Ulrich Moser is a member of the advisory board of American Appraisal Germany. He is a certified German public auditor, tax advisor and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He holds a Chair for Accounting and Finance at Erfurt University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore he acts as management consultant in the field of Intellectual Property and Business Valuation. Before his professorship he was partner in a big-4 accounting firm.
Ulrich Moser has over 15 years of experience in the field of valuation with a strong focus on valuation of intellectual property rights and valuations for purchase price allocations (FAS 141/142, IFRS 3). His expertise in support of strategic business decisions for his clientele based on advanced valuation techniques and the development and implementation of Intangible Asset Management Systems is extensive.
On national and international valuation resp. intellectual property topics Ulrich Moser often acts as lecturer at international conferences. He regularly publishes articles on corporate finance and valuation subjects and is editor of “Praxis der Unternehmensbewertung” (Practitioner’s Guide to Valuation).
